A Better Pipe Smoking Community

Good morning all. I was hoping you might be able to assist me with some Dunhill markings. I'm curious about a pipe that is said to be a 2001 shell briar group 4 9mm filter. It has the 01 next to the "Made in England" and a 4 inside a circle, but the shape number is "907". It is also marked "9mm". I have a few newer Dunhills and I'm familiar with the four number shapes and the newer dating system, but in my limited experience I haven't seen a recent pipe like one from 2001 marked with a "907". I'm wondering if this is perhaps a forgery of some kind, or just a marking system that I'm unfamiliar with. I don't have the pipe in my hands, so I'm just going off of pictures, but these markings are clear and legible. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks very much.
