Mac Baren Navy Flake/same prince as earlier.
Just a warning to everybody. Don't waste time going back to the old site. I checked my basket and there wasn't anything in it. What else is new.
Anyway, any of you that do have eggs there - you better get them and beat it.
Happy Easter or Sunday or whatever.
with my CustomBilts. Now have a full 9-pipe rack dedicated to 8 CB's and a Doodler/Boodler/CaNoodler whatever.
Bent pot CB with PA/R&M.
Working late into the night on some site stuff and loving this freaking pipe.
Tonight I'm Smoking: "Ship's Mate Blend". One of my originals. Available only from C&D direct, by name. A blend of Black Cavendish, Cavendish Cut Burley and Red Virginia. Flavored with a drop of Vanilla, Chocolate and Strawberry. I'm smoking it in a Savinelli Deluxe Milano Straight Grain which is thirty years old!

Just headed out with PA in the new stanwell, and then getting ready to hit the bed. Hope everyone is getting along on the new site. Happy to be here, and happy smoking
Just had a bowl of 1792 in a GBD - That hit the spot
Welcome everyone to the new MPC
Yes we are all new to this version and it seems like new people have landed here, that's good
In a couple of days all the regulars will have checked in as well
Just had a bowl of OJK in a Tinsky bent Dublin...A nice smoke and a good way to usher in the new site going public.
Cheers,
Josh
I'm going to have Peterson Irish Flake on my way into work around 10am EST in my Mona Lisa straight Savinelli.
Cheers mates,
Rob
Firstly, CONGRATULATIONS, WELL DONE to Lars on what he has accomplished in a relatively short period of time! There are others who've helped, but Lars is the the man. Thank you.
It's a glorious Sunday morning here. Not a breath of a breeze. I'm busy with coffee & Morley's (new jar, what the heck) in a beautifully rusticated Mastro de Paja. Later we will do Easter brunch (a rather silly affair actually) with Mrs Muddlers Mob. Anyway, it's a family tradition & I'm big on those. At my age, traditions start becoming important. They make you think that someone will actually remember you when you're gone. But I'd sooner they all broke out pipes & tobacco & puffed lustily in my memory. Beats chocolate eggs & matzos crackers, in my book. Although, knowing my son, he'll throw a pinch of Fox on the barbeque & say "This one is for you old man", & then get on with the steaks. Guess I'm OK with that too.
Billow gustily.
Got a wakeup call from work at 07:00 and this is not my shift. I'd be mad if it wasn't my fault, I forgot to reroute the calls to my co-worker (I'm a bit mad anyway)...
Burning a big bowl of Macbaren Mixture on the italian lovat, but I'm not much in the mood.
Have to do my tax return form today. Maybe that's why I feel so depressed...
The new site is much better. Thank you Lars and all the crew.
from last night.
Bent Pot CB with SWR Aro stinkin up the room. No coffee and nobody's open today....
Have a great day all.
Lars, tell me you got some shut-eye...
An awesome day for me as my family celebrate the Easter Holiday with an early church service and a day together with loved ones.
I did indeed NOT get any shut-eye. I have been up all night, working on this project.
Here's a toast to ya - My favorite pipe (Custombilt bent pot) with an awesome tasting SWR - in honor of your dedication to this new site.
Can't thank you enough.
NOW GET SOME SLEEP! Don't MAKE me come over there!
OGS in the pipe today .. and I'd like to see you try, Bob :)
And you're welcome :)
Just gotta find a way to get the grocery getter to float...
Should be there in about, say, three to four years...
in a no name. This is good stuff, made by Orlik.
drinking strong hot coffee and chatting with some nice fellas at the... chat.
have a good day
in a no-name bent brandy.
Happy Easter to those of you who celebrate it. Good Sunday to those who dont.
Hitting the java hard this morning....rough night. The critters were hard at work in the attic last night (squirrels). Little buggers.
Good times!
to start by saying that Lars you are The MAN, great job on the new site and too your little helpers. Now get some sleep. Beautiful Easter morning here in the Great White North. Smoking some TOTM Riverboat Gambler by C & D in a Savinelli Saturnia # 504, no coffee on the side yet but am going to take some Wilsons of Sharrow Aniseed Extra Nasal Snuff, boy does this stuff clear up the head. So I hope everyone has a Hoppy Happy Easter.
Jack
Thanks Jack, it means a lot. My crew of testers and engineers need at least as much credit. I would not have been able to make this happen on my own.
I'll probably skip the whole sleeping part until tonight. There's still a big load of users waiting to hear the news, and be guided if necessary. On the upside, I will sleep SOOOO good tonight.
Another toast to Lars for the great effort. OJK in a 30+ yo Keyser system and drinking some strong black coffee to help him stay awake ;)
THANKS LARS ! And everybody else that might have been involved.
Lartigiano loaded with Rum Twist and Sumatra on the side this morning
Have a good one
My thanks to all involved in the work on this place.
Walnut in a Caminetto bent egg and Yuban on the side.
Haven't been on for a week or two and now there is a brand new site...too cool. Haunted Bookshop in a B-C Daccord most of the day. See you around!
Do you ride one of those F4's?
but as I have been on and off the site today, it is absolutely amazing. I have been abusing the Stanwell a bit more today, having put three bowls of PA through it. I love this little new pipe I think i am going to be needing another one.
Happy Easter, and Happy Smoking.
Worked today, but came home to a sunny day and had a bowl of Captain Black Cavendish in the Everyman. Had to put a scarf and coat on, still too damn cold even with the sun out and the flowers blooming - argh!
I see we have a kilt-wearing man in our midst. Tasty!
Happy puffin', och aye!
Thank you Lars for the great effort. The site is very nice. And lets not forget his helpers. A toast to everyone that was involved.
Today was Q1 in my Wessex Bulldog with lots of coffee on the side. I hope everyone made the transition ok and look forward to many happy days on the new site.
Thanks again Lars. Have a pleasant evening everyone.
The new site looks pretty cool, thanks to those that did the work! I worked this evening and now I am ending my day with a Budweiser and a bowl of Boswell's Vanilla Cream in a Ben Wade bent egg. A nice way to end the day, and a good day to end my work week.
Happy Easter to those that celebrate it, and to those that don't, I hope it was a good day for you as well.
I have a Busa but I could not get it to look right at 30kb's. As soon as I get the picture I'll change the avatar or get an MV.
Be carefull with that Busa. I lost a good friend on one of those. He whacked a truck at high speed and got completely FUBAR.
My next door neighbor has an 07 Busa with a Power Commander III, and D&D's on it.
Drool....
In my next life I'm coming back as a 2009 F4RR
GezerFan...if you are referring to me about the kilt. Well, Aye....dont own one at the moment. I am however a descendent of Clan Hay and one day before I pass from this existence, I will visit Scotland.
Time flies. I haven't slept a wink (is that even possible?), messing with this that and the other thing (don't get any bright ideas).
Half 'n Half in .. what's this .. a noname something I grabbed from one of the drawers. Smokes OK.
