I'll start... First of all, I don't have the tobacco stash of many MPC folks. Second, I don't have the collection of pipes that many of our members have. But, this is me. Please share your Abode with us no matter how humble you may think it to be. After all, an Abode is just that... an Abode!
My wife, Cathy and I in the den (my humble abode). Between us is the Dynamic Smoke Eating Machine. It works great!

My Abode includes the Flight Simulator from the company I co-founded to create this FAA Approved Aviation Training Device which is popular world-wide. To see me flying the RC-1 simulator and the real thing, too,

I use the Instructor Station of the Simulator to do my important MPC communication:

Cathy is watching the Plasma while I shoot these pictures in our den:

Now we're getting somewhere... the "pipe shop":

The drawer of "daily rotation":

My humble 25 pound stash of favorite tobacco's both tinned and bulk in mason jars:

That's it folks! Now, please share your smoking quarters with us, too! It's a minor challenge and you can do it. Ok, so you need a digital camera and perhaps some pointers to post pics on this site.... but you can do it! TAKE THE CHALLENGE, we all want to see more of who you are!!!

I gotta clean first and then I'll take pictures, lol. Next couple days.
I'll get one up of the 'Shrine' this week, but very nice.

Let's see if I can screw this up.
There's 24 of the 20oz 'Emma's' jars, (two deep). The containers hold about a pound, 3/4's and half by size. There are six more large in the bedroom and eight more 20oz scattered throughout the house and my courier bag. the small 'Emma's' are 10oz and I have 10 of them. Left side has tins, cleaners and meery's. Right side has most of the soldiers and important house crap, (along with TAD and PAD orders).
That's about it for now, although I have 20 empty one pound containers to fill next year for the future stockpile.
Enjoy life all,
Bob

That's a lot of tobacco, Bob! What are those large silver containers?

That's one hell of a shrine. Well done my friend.
My stuff is a bit more scattered. I have my desk and my little area where I keep an open tin of OJK, Epiphany and a few others, but due to space limitations, most of my tobacco is stashed in the closet. My pipes dominate the book shelf, to the point where there are only about 8 books on it, lol.
Anyway, pictures soon... I promise.
The tall ones hold about a pound, then 3/4's and about a half. There's nine 'pounders' along the back and six in the bedroom. Five 3/4's and six 1/2's. I pull from the large containers to the Emma's jars until I need to refill the big boys. The 10oz Emma's will hold about 50gms depending upon the tobacco. The three jars with the pipe stands hold about 100gms and have Dark Star in them. All the tobacco above is why I have problems with this keyboard. Much dribblin's between keys, hell keyboards are cheaper than tobacco and it's worth the convenience and coolness.
The glass/aluminum containers actually seal quite well and are only 4-6 bucks at Walmart. The 'Emma's' jars seal really well-$2.25-3.00 at Wallyworld. The jars with the stands are even better, but at $35-45 aren't worth it except I needed stands too.
Everything used to be scattered throughout three rooms like my cigar humidors, (don't even get me started on books, they're everywhere!). I'm alot happier now that everyting is centralized and spend more time at this monitor, (hours and hours playing poker). There's also a small shrine by the guitar chair and amps in the living room.
My wife thinks I'm waaay overkill, good thing she has no idea what's in store for next year.
Smoke well, gotta get some z's before the courts in the morn,
Bob

20oz fluid in the 'Emma's', about 120gms of tobacco, depending. I've got less than 25lbs here.

I am still an undergrad at Northeastern and this is my most recent Apartment. I share a 5 bedroom apartment in a huge old house (four 5 bed units total) and my room is lofted.

As you open the door to what should be my bedroom there is an open staircase that leads up to my room.
The chair I brought up last night along with my dwindling scotch selection and my morning coffee.
The bookshelf that holds most of my favorite possessions :-P
A poor quality picture but a picture of my friends none the less.
My current tobacco situation. I am looking forward to building a much more substantial stock after the holiday (hopefully some more esoterica will become available.)
And that's the end of my humble abode for the time being. I am actually moving on Dec 26th to a new apartment closer to my new job.
I hope you enjoyed this little tour of my room,
Cheers,
Pat
I've been here for 24yrs, (married for over 22), so I've had tme to make a statement, (isn't that right, honey?).
Two suggestions; don't let your scotch dwindle and as far as pictures, don't take any advice from me.
Hey, I see the HCA's in the rack! Great little pipes.
Enjoy your new place, that's a great Christmas present!

Thanks for the advice bob!
in looking at the pictures I posted I really need to invest in a camera. I took those with my iphone and the quality is awful.
